Online Payments

Connect Stripe (see Stripe integration) and your clients can pay invoices directly from the invoice page.

How it works​

  1. The client opens the invoice link.
  2. They click Pay.
  3. They're taken to a secure Stripe checkout page to enter their card details.
  4. After paying, they're redirected back to the invoice.
  5. The payment is confirmed and the invoice updates automatically.

It's a smooth experience for clients. They don't need to create an account or jump through hoops.

Fees​

Two small fees apply:

  • Stripe's processing fee - Stripe's standard fee (varies by country and card type)
  • CoreHue platform fee - A small percentage

Both are deducted from your payout. The client always pays the full invoice amount.

Currency​

The invoice currency must match your Stripe account's currency. If they don't match, the pay button won't appear.

Safe and reliable​

CoreHue has multiple safeguards to prevent duplicate payments. If a client accidentally clicks pay twice, or refreshes the page, they won't be charged more than once. The system is designed to handle edge cases gracefully so you don't have to worry about it.
