Invoices & Payments

CoreHue has a full invoicing system built in. Create professional invoices, send them to clients, get paid online or offline, and track everything.

Invoice lifecycle

Status	What it means
Draft	You're still working on it. Only visible to you.
Open	Sent to the client. Ready to be paid.
Paid	Fully paid.
Cancelled	You cancelled it.
Refunded	Payment was refunded.

You'll also see Partial (some payment received, balance remaining) and Overdue (past due date) in the app.

What you can do

• Create invoices with line items, taxes, and discounts
• Set payment terms (due on receipt, net 15, net 30, net 60, or custom)
• Set up milestone-based payment schedules
• Accept online payments through Stripe
• Record manual payments (cash, check, bank transfer)
• Send invoices by email with optional PDF
• Set up automatic payment reminders
• Issue refunds
• Generate receipts automatically

Multi-currency

Each invoice uses a single currency. CoreHue supports all major currencies and handles formatting automatically.
