Switching to CoreHue

Thinking about moving to CoreHue from another platform? Here's what you need to know and how to make the switch smooth.

What CoreHue replaces

CoreHue is built to replace multiple tools at once:

Getting started

  1. Create your account at corehue.co. The onboarding takes about two minutes.

  2. Set up your profile. Add your business name, logo, and contact info in Settings.

  3. Create your booking services. Set up the types of sessions you offer in Bookings > Services.

  4. Set your availability. Configure your schedule in Bookings > Settings.

  5. Connect integrations. Link your Google Calendar, Zoom, and Stripe.

  6. Upload your first gallery. Create a gallery, upload your photos, customize the theme, and share it with a client.

  7. Start using invoices and contracts. Create your first invoice and contract template.

Moving your galleries

CoreHue doesn't have an automatic import from other gallery platforms yet. For now:

  1. Download your photos from your current platform.
  2. Create a new gallery in CoreHue.
  3. Upload the photos.
  4. Set up your theme, chapters, and access settings.
  5. Share the new link with your clients.

Tip: You don't need to move everything at once. Start using CoreHue for new projects and gradually bring over older galleries as needed.

Moving your client data

  1. Export your client list from your current tool (most offer CSV export).
  2. Add clients to CoreHue from the Clients page.

Client import from CSV is coming soon.

Moving your contract templates

  1. Copy the text from your existing contracts.
  2. Create new templates in CoreHue.
  3. Add variables to auto-fill client and booking details.

What about active projects?

For clients with ongoing projects (open invoices, pending contracts), you have a couple of options:

  • Finish them on your current platform and start new projects in CoreHue.
  • Move them to CoreHue by recreating the invoice or contract here. Just note that payment history from other platforms won't transfer.

Why creatives switch to CoreHue

  • One platform instead of many. Galleries, bookings, invoices, contracts, questionnaires, and client management in one place.
  • Built specifically for creatives. Every feature is designed for photographers, videographers, and content creators.
  • Beautiful client experience. Themed galleries, branded invoices, and smooth booking flows that look professional.
  • Fair pricing. No per-gallery fees or download surcharges.
