Questionnaires

Questionnaires let you collect information from clients using custom forms. Build a form, send it, and see the responses.

What you can do​

  • Build custom forms with lots of field types
  • Add conditional logic so fields appear based on previous answers
  • Send manually to any client by email or link
  • Automate sending after a booking is confirmed
  • Embed forms in your booking flow
  • Accept file uploads in the form
  • Let clients update their answers after submitting
  • Set expiry dates

How it works​

There are two things to understand:

  • Questionnaire - The form itself: the title, description, and fields. This is reusable. You can edit it anytime.
  • Request - A specific instance sent to a specific client. When you send a questionnaire, CoreHue captures a snapshot of the form at that moment. If you edit the questionnaire later, forms already sent to clients stay the same.

This means you can keep improving your forms without affecting anything already out with clients.

Starter templates​

When you create your account, CoreHue sets you up with starter questionnaires based on your specializations, like "Wedding Day Details," "Portrait Session Details," or "Session Feedback." Use them as-is or customize them.
