Setting up your account
After you verify your email, CoreHue walks you through three quick steps. You can skip any of them and come back later from Settings.
Step 1: What you photograph
Pick the kinds of work you do, like weddings, portraits, or commercial. You can choose more than one. This helps CoreHue tailor a few starting points for you, like ready-made contract templates and questionnaires.
Step 2: Where to start
Tell us what you most want to do first:
- Client Galleries: deliver and share photos
- Booking Page: let clients book or inquire
- Proposals & Contracts: send pricing and agreements
- Invoices & Payments: bill clients and get paid
Your pick sets up a short checklist on your dashboard to help you get going.
Step 3: Set up your brand
This is what clients see on your galleries, booking page, and invoices:
- Your public CoreHue URL: your username, which becomes your web address (
yourname.corehue.co). We check that it's available as you type. Use lowercase letters, numbers, and hyphens. - Business or studio name: for example, Jane Smith Photography.
- Country: used for dates, currency, and time formatting.
- Logo: drag in a PNG, JPG, or WebP, up to 5 MB.
Click Get started to finish. CoreHue sets up a few starter contract templates and questionnaires for you, then takes you to choose your plan.
Your username is part of every link you share. You can change it later in Settings → Profile, but older links you've already sent will stop working.
