Clients

Clients are at the center of everything in CoreHue. They connect your bookings, invoices, contracts, galleries, and questionnaires into one unified view.

How clients are created​

Clients can come from several places:

  • You create them from the Clients page
  • Booking page - When someone submits an inquiry or books a session
  • Lead conversion - When you convert a lead to a booking
  • Referral - Linked to another client who referred them

One email per client​

Within your account, each client has a unique email. If you try to create a client with an email that already exists, CoreHue lets you know and offers to take you to the existing record.

Your clients are completely separate from other users' clients. Everyone's data is private.
