Contracts

CoreHue has contracts with e-signatures built right in. Write a contract, send it, and collect signatures without leaving the app.

How it works

  1. Write a contract (or use a template).
  2. Variables like client name and booking date fill in automatically.
  3. CoreHue checks that all required variables can be filled in before you send.
  4. Send it to the client by email or shareable link.
  5. The client reviews, fills in any required fields, leaves comments if they have questions, and signs.
  6. You counter-sign (or sign before sending).
  7. Both parties get a completed copy, and a PDF is available for download.

Contract statuses

StatusWhat it means

ExpiredExpiry date passed before signing
VoidedYou cancelled it

Secure and legally binding

Completed contracts include a unique security fingerprint that makes any tampering detectable. Each signature captures the signer's name, date, and location. Once signed, signatures are permanent and can't be changed.

Review comments

Clients can leave comments on specific parts of your contract before signing. Comments are organized into threaded conversations, so you can discuss terms, clarify language, or negotiate changes back and forth. Threads can be resolved once both sides agree. This keeps the conversation organized and avoids long email chains about contract wording.

Works with everything else

Link contracts to bookings, invoices, proposals, and clients. Variables auto-fill based on linked records. You can even have clients sign during the booking flow or as part of accepting a proposal.
