Payment Schedules

Break an invoice into milestones instead of one lump sum. Perfect for deposits, midpoint payments, and final balances.

Creating milestones​

Add milestones to any invoice:

  • Label - Like "Deposit," "Midpoint," or "Final Balance"
  • Amount - How much is due
  • Due date - When it's expected

Add as many as you need.

How it works​

  • When you record a payment that matches a milestone amount, it's automatically linked to that milestone.
  • Milestones past their due date show as overdue.
  • If you refund a linked payment, the milestone resets to pending.

A note about totals​

CoreHue will let you know if your milestones don't add up to the invoice total. It's just a heads-up, not a hard rule.

Editing milestones​

You can edit or delete milestones that haven't been paid yet. Paid milestones can't be changed until the payment is refunded.
