Receipts and History

CoreHue keeps detailed records of every payment.

Receipts​

Every payment gets an auto-generated receipt number. Clients can view and download receipt PDFs from the invoice page showing your business info, payment details, and the linked invoice.

Financial records​

Every payment, refund, and fee is recorded in a complete financial history. You can see:

  • All payments received
  • All refunds issued
  • Stripe fees on each transaction
  • CoreHue platform fees

Records are permanent and tamper-proof. Nothing gets edited or deleted. If something needs correcting, a new entry is created.

Activity log​

Every invoice action is logged: created, edited, sent, paid, cancelled, refunded. View this from Reports > Activity with links to each resource.

Version history​

Every time a sent invoice is edited, the previous version is saved. View the complete history from the invoice detail page to see what changed and when.
