Post-Booking Automation

Set up questionnaires to go out automatically when a booking is confirmed. Great for collecting event details, shot lists, or feedback.

Setting it up

Go to a booking service's settings and find Post-booking questionnaires. Add a questionnaire and configure:

  • Send trigger - When to send:
    • On booking - Right when the booking is confirmed
    • Before event - X days before the session
    • After event - X days after (great for feedback)
  • Days offset - For before/after triggers, how many days
  • Allow edit after submit - Whether clients can update answers
  • Expiry days - How long clients have to fill it out

You can attach multiple questionnaires to one service.

How it works

When a booking is confirmed, CoreHue creates the questionnaire requests and sends them at the right time. The client gets an email with a link to the form. Everything is automatically linked to the booking and client.

One per booking

Each questionnaire is only sent once per booking. No duplicates.
