Health and Troubleshooting

Domain health

CoreHue periodically checks that your custom domain is working correctly. You can see the current health status on the Settings > Domains page.

Health statuses

  • Healthy. Everything is working. Your domain is properly connected and your pages are loading.
  • Degraded. There might be a temporary issue. CoreHue will re-check automatically.
  • Unhealthy. Something needs your attention. Check the details for what to fix.

Common issues

"Domain not verified"

The connection between your domain and CoreHue could not be confirmed.

Fix: Log in to your domain provider and verify the record you added matches exactly what CoreHue shows. If you just added it, wait 15 to 30 minutes for the change to take effect and try verifying again.

Pages are not loading on my domain

Your domain settings may have changed or there may be a conflict.

Fix: Check with your domain provider that the record is still in place. If you have other records set up for the same subdomain, they might be conflicting. Try removing any extra records and keeping only the one CoreHue asked for.

Old links using yourname.corehue.co will continue to work. They are not broken. Only newly generated links (from emails, share buttons, etc.) will use your custom domain after you set it as preferred.

Domain was working but stopped

Your domain settings may have changed, or your domain may have expired.

Fix: Check your domain provider to confirm the domain is still active and the record is intact. Then use the Verify button in CoreHue to re-check.

Removing a domain

If you need to disconnect your custom domain, go to Settings > Domains and click Remove. This:

  • Removes the domain from your account
  • Reverts all new links back to yourname.corehue.co

Your pages continue working at the yourname.corehue.co address. No content is lost.
