Templates
Templates is your library of reusable documents. Build something once, then send it again and again without starting over.
It holds two kinds of template:
- Contract templates: Reusable contract bodies, ready to send to any client.
- Questionnaire templates: Reusable forms for collecting briefs, preferences, and details.
That's the full set, there are no proposal templates.
Templates vs. sent documents
This is the key idea, and it's a helpful one:
- A template is the master copy you keep and reuse.
- A sent document is a snapshot taken the moment you send it.
So when you send a contract or a questionnaire, CoreHue captures it as it looks right then. Editing the template later doesn't change anything you've already sent. Your live paperwork stays exactly as the client saw it, and you're free to keep improving your templates.
Sent documents live under Documents, not here.
