Switching from Pic-Time to CoreHue
Pic-Time is well known for client galleries and photo delivery. CoreHue delivers galleries too, and ties them to your booking, contracts, and invoices, so the whole client experience lives under one brand.

How to move
- Set up your account. Finish setup, then work through your first 30 minutes.
- Bring your galleries over. There's no automatic import yet, so download your photos from Pic-Time and build new galleries in CoreHue. Move new work first and bring older galleries over as you need them.
- Add your clients. They're created automatically when someone books or inquires, or you can add them directly.
- Connect booking and billing. Add your services, availability, and invoice products so delivery sits alongside the rest of your workflow.
What's different
In CoreHue, delivery isn't a standalone app. The gallery is one step in a single, branded flow that starts at the booking page and ends at the final payment. If automated print sales are a big part of your Pic-Time setup, confirm CoreHue matches how you sell before moving everything across.
