Switching from Dubsado to CoreHue
Dubsado is a flexible business manager with forms, contracts, invoicing, and workflows. CoreHue covers the same ground for photographers, with less setup, and adds the one thing a general tool doesn't: client galleries.
What CoreHue covers
| What you used Dubsado for | How CoreHue handles it |
|---|---|
| Lead capture & forms | A booking page, leads, and questionnaires |
| Proposals & quotes | Proposals clients review, sign, and pay |
| Contracts & e-signatures | Contracts with online signing |
| Invoices & payments | Invoices with card payments and reminders |
| Scheduling | A booking page with availability and calendar sync |
| Workflow automation | Questionnaire automation and built-in reminders |
| Delivering photos | Galleries, which Dubsado doesn't have |
How to move
- Set up your account. Finish setup and run through your first 30 minutes.
- Rebuild your forms and contracts. Recreate your intake forms as questionnaires with conditional logic, and copy your contract terms into contract templates.
- Bring your clients. Add them in Clients, or let CoreHue create them as people book and inquire.
- Set up your services. Add what clients can book so proposals and invoices flow from real bookings.
What's different
Dubsado is built to be configured for almost any business. CoreHue is shaped for photography out of the box, so there's far less to set up, and the wording already fits your work. You also get galleries in the same place, instead of running delivery somewhere else.
