Notifications

This is where you decide which email notifications CoreHue sends you. Open it from Settings → Notifications.

These are emails to you about activity in your account, not the emails your clients receive.

The master switch​

At the top is a Notification emails switch. Turn it off and CoreHue stops sending you notification emails altogether. Leave it on to choose exactly which ones you get below.

Choose what you're emailed about​

Below the switch, notifications are grouped by area, each with its own toggle:

  • Galleries: new collections, collection submitted, downloads, full gallery downloads, and hidden photos (off by default).
  • Documents: contract comment, contract signed, contract declined, questionnaire submitted, and proposal accepted, declined, or expired.
  • Bookings: new inquiry, booking confirmed, and booking cancelled or rescheduled by a client.
  • Payments: payment received, payment failed, and proposal or booking payment proof.
  • Leads & pricing: pricing guide sent (off by default), pricing guide opened (off by default), and pricing guide response.

Turn on the ones you want to hear about and leave the rest off.

You're never emailed about your own actions, only about things your clients and leads do.

In-app notifications (the bell)​

The bell icon in CoreHue is an always-on activity feed. It shows what's happening in your account whenever you're signed in. These in-app notifications can't be turned off, the settings on this page only control your email notifications.
