Notifications

Go to Settings > Notifications to choose which email alerts you receive.

This page is all about emails sent to you. These are not the emails your clients get. Client-facing emails are managed in other places (more on that below).

Notification toggles

Each notification has an on/off toggle. Here is what each one does:

New booking requests

When someone submits an inquiry through your booking page, you get an email letting you know. This is helpful so you can respond quickly and not miss a potential client.

You receive an email the first time a client opens a gallery you shared with them. It is a nice way to know they have seen your work without having to ask.

Contract signed

When a client signs a contract you sent them, you get an email confirmation. This way you know the agreement is in place and you can move forward.

Payment received

Any time a payment comes in, whether through Stripe, bank transfer, or recorded manually, you get an email with the details. Good for staying on top of your cash flow.

Weekly summary

Once a week, CoreHue sends you a digest of what happened in your account. It covers new bookings, payments received, contracts signed, and other activity. Great if you prefer a single recap instead of individual alerts.

All toggles are on by default

When you first set up your account, every notification is turned on. Turn off the ones you do not need. You can always come back and adjust them later.

Emails your clients receive

The toggles on this page do not affect your clients at all. Client-facing emails are managed in separate places:

  • Booking-related emails (like confirmations and reminders) are controlled in Booking Settings.
  • Invoice-related emails (like payment reminders) are controlled in Invoice Settings.
  • Contract notifications are part of the contract signing workflow and are sent automatically when you share a contract for signing.

If you are looking to change what your clients receive, head to those sections instead.
