Business info

This is where you set the details that represent your business. They're shown on your invoices, contracts, and your booking page, so your clients see a consistent, professional brand. Open it from Settings → Business.

When you make changes, a save bar appears at the bottom. Click Save to keep them.

Upload your logo at the top of the page. It can be a PNG, JPG, or SVG, up to 5 MB. To swap it later, click the logo area and choose a new file.

Business details​

These appear on your invoices, contracts, and booking page:

  • Business name: your trading name, what clients see on your documents.
  • Registration number: your tax ID, EIN, VAT number, or business registration number.
  • Business email: the address clients can reach you at.
  • Business phone: a contact number.
  • Website: your business website.

Business address​

Your address appears on invoices and contracts. Fill in:

  • Street address
  • City
  • State / Province
  • Zip / Postal code
  • Country

Fill this in before you send your first invoice or contract, so everything your client receives looks complete and professional from the start.
