Business Info
Go to Settings > Business to set up the details that represent your business. This information appears on invoices, contracts, booking pages, and emails you send to clients.
Logo
At the top of the page, you can upload your business logo. Once uploaded, a preview shows you exactly how it looks. If you want to swap it out later, click the logo area again to choose a new file. The old logo is replaced immediately. Your logo appears on invoices, contracts, your booking page, portfolio, and client-facing emails.
Business details
These fields cover the essentials about your business:
- Business name. Your trading name. This is what clients see on invoices, contracts, and your public pages. It does not have to be your legal name.
- Registered name. Your official legal business name, if it is different from your trading name. This can appear on formal documents like contracts and invoices.
- Registration number. Your business registration number, tax ID, EIN, VAT number, or whatever applies in your country. This is included on invoices when required by local regulations.
- Email. A business email address for client-facing communications.
- Phone. A contact number that can be displayed on invoices and your booking page.
- Website. Your business website URL. Shown on your public profile and documents.
Address
Fill in your business address: street, city, state or province, ZIP or postal code, and country. This address can be displayed on invoices. You can control whether it shows up by toggling the option in Invoice Settings.
Bank details
If your clients pay by bank transfer, this is where you enter the information they need to send you money.
- Bank name. The name of your bank or financial institution.
- Account holder. The name on the bank account.
- Account number. Your bank account number. This field is masked by default for security. Use the show/hide toggle (the eye icon) to reveal or conceal the full number while editing.
- Routing code. Your bank's routing number, sort code, or equivalent. This is also masked by default with the same show/hide toggle.
- Payment instructions. A free-text area where you can add any extra details for clients, like a reference number to include with their transfer, or notes about international payments.
You can toggle whether bank details appear on invoices from your invoice settings.
Contract signature
Set up the signature that gets used when you sign or pre-sign contracts.
- Signer name. The name that appears alongside your signature on contracts.
- Method. Choose how you want to create your signature. You can type it (the app generates a signature-style version of your name), draw it using your mouse or touchscreen, or upload an image of your actual signature.
- Signature capture area. This is where your signature appears after you create it. You can redo it anytime by choosing a different method or redrawing.
Changing your signature here does not affect contracts you have already signed. It only applies to future signings.
Saving your changes
When you make edits on this page, a save bar appears at the bottom. Click Save to apply everything. The bar only appears when there are unsaved changes.
