Business

Everything clients see about you. Worth filling in properly early, because it appears on every invoice, contract and page you send.

Changes ride a save bar at the bottom of the page, so nothing is written until you save.

A Light and Dark switch sits above the upload, so you can set two versions:

  • Light is the one used almost everywhere.
  • Dark is a lighter version for dark backgrounds. Optional, but worth doing if your logo is dark, since it otherwise disappears on a dark client page.

Drag and drop or click to browse. JPEG, PNG, WebP, AVIF or GIF, max 5 MB. SVG isn't accepted.

If you have no logo, CoreHue uses your business name.

Business details​

Information shown on invoices, contracts, and your booking page.

  • Business name
  • Registration number: tax ID, EIN, VAT number, whatever applies where you are
  • Business email
  • Business phone
  • Website

These fill the contract variables and appear on invoices and receipts. A contract that uses the Registration Number variable can't be sent until you've entered one. CoreHue shows Cannot send contract and lists Registration number not set in profile. Gaps here turn up later at awkward moments.

Commercial clients often need your registration number and address before their accounts department will process an invoice.

Business address​

Appears on invoices and contracts. Street address, city, state or province, zip or postal code, and country.

This country is your business address, separate from the personal country under Profile.

Contract signature​

Used to automatically sign contracts on your behalf when the client signs.

CoreHue shows the name it will sign under, built from your name and business name. Then choose a tab:

  • Draw it with a mouse, trackpad or finger. Clear starts over.
  • Type it, and CoreHue sets it in a signature face.

Once saved, the signature shows with an Edit signature button.

Set this up early. A contract attached to a booking service can't be required until one exists. It's signed the moment a client books, with nobody there to sign it by hand. See Your saved signature.

What to fill in first​

Business name. Appears everywhere.

Contract signature. Blocks a feature until it exists.

Address and registration number, if you invoice businesses.

Dark logo, if your logo is dark and you offer dark client pages.
