Billing

The Billing tab is where you see your plan, manage your subscription, and keep an eye on storage. Open it from Settings → Billing.

Plans

CoreHue has two plans, billed monthly or annually, annual works out cheaper.

Core includes everything to run your business: your portfolio and public page, client galleries, custom domain, booking pages, proposals, contracts, invoices, questionnaires, Stripe payments, manual payment instructions, Google Calendar, and Zoom. Pro adds more storage, unlimited booking services, multiple currencies, and priority support.

The free trial

Every new account gets a 14-day free trial of Core, with no credit card required. You start it from the Choose your plan screen by clicking Start free trial. If you'd rather start on Pro, choosing it takes you straight to checkout.

When the trial ends and you haven't chosen a paid plan, your account is locked until you pick one. Your data is safe, you choose a plan to get back in. See Plans and trial.

Your current plan

At the top of the page, a card shows your plan and price, with a status badge:

BadgeWhat it means
Free trialYou're in your 14-day trial.
Trial canceledYou ended the trial.
LockedAccess is paused until you choose a plan.
Past dueA payment didn't go through.
CancelingYour plan ends at the end of the current period.
ActiveYou're on a paid plan, all set.

From this card you can Upgrade to Pro or Change plan (both open the plans page), and Cancel subscription. If you've cancelled, you'll see Resume plan or Keep plan to stay on.

How you're billed

CoreHue sets your payment method automatically by the country you signed up in, and it can't be switched.

Changing or cancelling

  • Change plan: pick Core or Pro from the plans page.
  • Cancel: you keep access until the end of your current billing period, and you can resume anytime before it ends.

Billing history

Once you're on a paid plan, the billing history table lists your charges with the Date, Status, and Amount, plus a View or Download link for each invoice.

Storage and limits

A storage bar shows how much you've used out of your plan's allowance, like 12 GB / 100 GB.

If you downgrade to Core and you're over its limits:

  • Booking services: any beyond 5 stay visible but can't be used for new bookings until you deactivate some or upgrade.
  • Currency: on Core you work in your one default currency only.
