Account & data

This is where you take a copy of your data or close your account. Open it from Settings → Account.

Export your data​

Click Export your data to download a ZIP of your account. CoreHue puts it together and emails you a secure link when it's ready.

The export includes your:

  • Settings
  • Clients and leads
  • Bookings
  • Proposals and questionnaires (including uploads people sent you)
  • Invoices and contracts, with PDFs where available

Gallery image files aren't included in the export. The secure download link stays active for 3 days, so grab your ZIP within that window.

Delete your account​

The option to delete your account lives on the Security tab. You confirm it by typing a short phrase and entering a 6-digit code emailed to you.

When you delete your account:

  • Your subscription is cancelled right away.
  • Your public booking page goes offline.
  • Your galleries, invoices, proposals, and contracts stay viewable to your clients for 30 days.

After 30 days, everything is permanently deleted.

Changed your mind?​

You have 30 days to recover your account. Sign back in during that window and choose Keep my account, and everything carries on as before. Once the 30 days pass, the deletion is permanent and can't be undone.
