Automation
Sending forms one by one is fine, but you can also have CoreHue send them for you. Attach a questionnaire to a booking service or a proposal, and it reaches clients on its own.
On a booking service
Open Bookings → Services and edit a service. You'll find two ways to attach a questionnaire. See Services for the full setup.
Service Questionnaire (intake form)
This is an intake form the client fills in during the inquiry or booking flow, before they're done. It's available on every booking mode.
To add one, use Choose questionnaire to pick an existing form, or Create questionnaire to build a new one right there.
Use it to gather the essentials up front, like a session date preference or who the shoot is for.
Post-Booking Questionnaires
These are sent automatically after a booking is made. They're available on self-service and mini-session services.
For each one you set:
- When to send: When booking is confirmed, Before the event, or After the event.
- A Days before or Days after number, when you pick before or after the event.
- Allow edits after submit: let the client revise their answers later.
This is perfect for a detailed brief you don't want cluttering the booking screen, or a feedback form that goes out a few days after the shoot.
On a proposal
You can also attach a questionnaire to a proposal. When you do, it's sent after the client signs the proposal's contract, so the brief arrives right as they commit. See Proposals.
Where automated forms show up
However a form is sent, each one becomes a questionnaire request you can track. Read the answers in Viewing responses.
