Payment methods
Under Payments → Settings → Payment methods. Everything about how you accept money, in one tab.
Stripe
The panel at the top. Connect Stripe here. Once an account exists you also see how the connection stands, with the account name and email.
Watch for Setup needed, which means connected but not yet able to take money because Stripe wants something more from you. In review means they're checking. Connected means it's working.
Open dashboard goes to Stripe once you're connected or in review, and Disconnect unlinks the account.

Manual payment methods
Below Stripe, under Manual payment methods, the instructions you've written for clients to follow: bank transfer, cash, anything happening outside CoreHue. You can keep up to ten.
Add payment method creates one. Each has a three-dot menu to Edit, Move up, Move down, Replace or Archive it, and shows a small receipt icon when it requires proof of payment.
Changes apply everywhere a method is used, including unpaid invoices already with clients. That's why Replace exists, for when an account is closing.

Which methods a document offers
Setting a method up here makes it available. Each invoice, proposal and booking service then ticks which of them it actually accepts.
So this page holds every method you have, and each document picks from it. That's what lets you take cards on small portrait invoices and bank transfer on large commercial ones without keeping two sets of instructions.
An invoice that ticks nothing is view-only: the client can read it and has no way to pay.
A sensible starting point
Connect Stripe so anyone can pay immediately, which is most of what gets you paid quickly.
Add one bank transfer method with clear instructions and a line asking for the invoice number as a reference.
Leave Require proof of payment on for the transfer.
That covers nearly every situation without giving clients a confusing menu.
