Set up CoreHue for wedding photography

Weddings are high-trust, high-value, and booked months ahead. Couples want to feel looked after from the first email, and you want every detail pinned down well before the day. CoreHue is built for exactly that: one branded flow from inquiry to final gallery.

Here's how to set it up.

How weddings usually flow​

Most wedding photographers work inquiry-first: you talk to a couple before you take their date. So the path is inquiry, then a quote, then a signed contract and deposit to lock the date, then details, then delivery.

Set it up​

  1. Create a wedding inquiry service. Use Inquiry mode so couples reach out and you review before anything is booked. Add the details that matter: coverage hours, second shooter, albums.
  2. Build a pricing guide. Put your collections on a pricing guide you can send the moment a couple inquires. Their choice flows into the proposal, so you're not rebuilding the quote.
  3. Prepare your wedding contract. Start from a contract template and add your terms for weddings: coverage, cancellation, rescheduling, and what happens in the case of illness. Use variables so names and dates fill in automatically.
  4. Send one proposal. Bundle the pricing, the contract, and a questionnaire into a single proposal. The couple chooses their collection, signs, and pays a deposit in one place.
  5. Collect the deposit. The date isn't held until the deposit is in. Take it by card through the invoice, with the balance due closer to the day.
  6. Gather the day's details. Use a questionnaire for the timeline, venue addresses, family groupings, and key moments. It all stays on the couple's record.
  7. Deliver a branded gallery. After the wedding, deliver in a gallery with chapters for getting-ready, ceremony, and reception, and let the couple mark favorites for their album.
