Your public links
Nearly everything you send a client is a web page with its own address. You do not build those addresses. CoreHue does. It still helps to know what they look like, so you recognize one when a client pastes it back to you asking why it will not open.
Your address
Everything hangs off the CoreHue URL you picked during setup:

Gallery and service addresses use a readable name you choose. Everything else uses a short random code. That way an invoice link cannot be guessed by counting upwards from someone else's.
Older booking links beginning /book still work. They send the visitor on to the matching /services address, so anything already printed or posted keeps working.
There is nothing at the bare address. yourname.corehue.co on its own shows a page saying it cannot be found. It is the base the links above are built on, not a page in itself. To send someone to your work, use your booking page at /services, or your own website.
Who can open what
Not every link is wide open. It depends on what you have set.
Open to anyone with the link. This is how most things start. No password, no sign-in. Anyone holding the address can open it. That is fine for an invoice, a proposal or a contract, because the address itself is secret.
Gallery password. One password that everyone with the link needs. They get in with the link and the password.
Client access. A second, private password for your client alone. It is not a login, and there is no account for them to create. It is a different password, and it can unlock chapters guests never see.
Email registration. Switch this on under the gallery's Settings → Access and visitors give their email before viewing. You then see who has been looking, under the gallery's Activity → Email Registration.
Download PIN. A four-digit code asked for before anything is downloaded, separate from either password. Every new gallery has one switched on.

Why a link might not work
Roughly in order of how often it happens.
The gallery is unlisted, or its expiry date has passed. An unlisted gallery is switched off and the link does not load at all. An expiry date does the same thing on a set day. See Draft, published and the rest.
It was never published. Drafts are not reachable. Creating something is not the same as putting it live.
The service is unpublished, or your booking page is off. A service link stops working when the service is unpublished. Every service link stops working while Public booking page is switched off.
The proposal has not been accepted yet. An invoice raised by a proposal does not open until the client accepts it.
You changed the name. Editing a gallery's Gallery URL, under its Settings → Sharing, changes the link. The old one stops working, so anyone holding it needs the new one.
You changed your CoreHue URL. This breaks every link you have ever sent at once. Worth thinking hard about before doing it.
Your subscription lapsed. A locked account takes every client-facing page offline, and the visitor is not told why. See Plans and free trial.
Sharing links well
Send from CoreHue where you can. Galleries, invoices, proposals, contracts and questionnaires all have a send screen. It emails a proper message with the link in it, and records that you sent it. That record is useful later, when someone says they never got it.
Copy the link when you would rather send it yourself. Sometimes you want it in a WhatsApp message or your own email. Invoices, proposals, contracts, questionnaires, bookings, intake forms, galleries and your booking page each have a Share action. It shows the address with a copy button beside it.
Send the codes with the link. A gallery password, a client password and a download PIN are all separate from the link. The gallery send screen has an Include in email group that can carry the Contact password and the Download PIN for you. The gallery password is not one of them, so send that yourself.
Check it yourself first. Open the link in a private or incognito window before sending. That shows you exactly what your client will see, signed out, with none of your own access. It takes ten seconds, and it catches almost every "the link does not work" message before it happens.
