Your first 30 minutes in CoreHue

You've signed up and finished setup. Here's a short, practical checklist to get the important things in place so you can start taking real work. You don't have to do it all in one sitting, and CoreHue already builds a checklist for you on Home based on what you chose during setup.

Set aside about half an hour and work down the list.

1. Confirm your business details​

Your name and logo show on everything clients see: galleries, your booking page, invoices, and proposals. Add or double-check them in Settings → Business info.

2. Set your currency​

Your currency is used on every price and invoice. You set it once, so it's worth getting right now. See Profile. On Core you bill in one currency. Pro lets you bill in more than one.

3. Add your first service​

A service is something a client can book, like a portrait session or a wedding inquiry. Create one in Bookings → Services, with its price and details.

4. Set your availability​

Add your working hours, buffer time between sessions, and any days off, so clients only ever see times that actually work for you. See Availability.

5. Connect your calendar​

Link Google Calendar so the times you're already busy are blocked automatically, and new bookings land on your calendar without you copying anything across.

6. Save a contract template​

CoreHue sets you up with a few ready-made contract templates. Open Templates → Contracts, pick one, and adjust the wording to match how you work. Future contracts start from here.

7. Add an invoice product​

Products are the line items you reuse on invoices, like "Wedding collection" or "Extra hour." Add the ones you charge for in Invoices → Products so billing is a couple of clicks later.

Even a test one helps you see what your clients will. Create a gallery, upload a few photos, pick a theme, and preview it.

9. Turn your booking page on​

Once your services and availability are ready, switch your booking page on in Booking settings and copy the link. Add it to your website and social profiles so clients can come to you.
