Activity
The Activity tab shows you what's happening with a gallery after you share it: who downloaded what, which collections came in, the emails you captured, and the photos clients hid. It's organized into a few sections.
Downloads
See every download from the gallery, split into:
- Single Photo: individual photo downloads.
- Gallery: full-gallery and bulk downloads.
Each entry shows the visitor's email (or Anonymous), the size they chose, how many files, and when it happened.
Collections
Every collection your clients build shows up here, with its name, photo count, the client's email, and a Submitted badge once it's sent.
Open a collection to see the photos in it. From there you can:
- Download Collection at a size you pick
- Export it as a spreadsheet
- Copy to new chapter or Copy to new gallery
You're notified whenever a client submits a collection, so you'll know as soon as their picks come in.
Email Registration
If you've turned on email registration, the emails you've captured appear here, each marked Client or Guest so you can tell who's who. If registration is off, this section stays empty.
Private Photos
If you let clients hide photos from guests, the hidden photos show up here, along with which chapter they're in and the date they were marked. If you've turned that option off, this section stays empty.
