Help with the link your photographer sent you
Your photographer sent you a link and you're not sure what to do with it. That's what these pages are for.
Pick the one that matches what you're trying to do. Each is short, written for you rather than for your photographer, and assumes nothing.

Two things worth knowing
There's no account to create. Every link works on its own. You may be asked for a password your photographer gave you, or for your email address. You're never asked to sign up for anything.
Everything works on a phone. Nothing needs installing. A few things, like saving a whole gallery at once, are easier on a computer, and those pages say so.
Who these pages are from
The pages your photographer sends you, the gallery, the invoice, the contract, carry their name and logo, because the work is theirs.
These help pages are ours. CoreHue is the software your photographer uses to run their business. We wrote these so they don't have to type the same answer to every client.
So we can tell you how a button works. We can't see your photos, your booking or your invoice, and we can't change anything about them. Where the answer is genuinely "ask your photographer", these pages say so. They'd rather you asked than assumed the link was broken.
This page is made to be pasted. Send this link in the same email as the gallery or the contract, or keep it in your email signature, and most of the questions never get asked.
