PDF and downloads

Once a contract is signed, you can save it as a PDF for your records or to share. It's a complete, self-contained copy of the agreement.

Downloading​

A Download PDF button appears on the contract once it's Signed or Completed. Click it from the contract detail page to save your copy.

Your client can download their own copy too, once the contract is Completed and both of you have signed.

What's on the PDF​

The PDF is the full agreement, ready to file or forward. It includes:

  • Your business header.
  • The complete contract, with every client field filled in.
  • A Signatures section listing each signer's name, the date they signed, and their location.
  • A footer noting the contract was digitally signed through CoreHue.

A built-in tamper check​

The footer also carries a content fingerprint, a unique mark tied to the exact contents of the signed contract. If anyone changes the document after signing, the fingerprint no longer matches, so tampering is easy to spot. It's your assurance that the signed copy is genuine.
