Zoom
Connect Zoom and your virtual bookings get a Zoom meeting link on their own. No copying and pasting links into emails.
Find this under Bookings → Settings → Integrations.
How it works
When a virtual booking uses Zoom and has a start time, CoreHue creates a Zoom meeting and saves its join link to the booking.
That happens when:
- A booking is confirmed.
- You convert a lead into a confirmed Zoom booking.
- You switch a confirmed booking over to Zoom.

The booking needs a start time for a Zoom link to be created.
Connect it
- Open the Zoom card under Bookings → Settings → Integrations.
- Sign in with Zoom.
Once connected, your Zoom account email shows on the card so you know which account is linked.
Connection states
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Not connected | You haven't linked Zoom yet. |
| Setup needed | Connected, but a step is still needed. |
| Reconnect | Access has expired, sign in again. |
| Connected | Ready to create Zoom links. |
Disconnect
You can disconnect Zoom anytime from the card.
