Pricing guides

A pricing guide is a client-facing pricing page you share with someone who inquires. It's a polished way to show your options before you send a formal proposal. Pricing guides are available on inquiry services.

You set one up on a service's Client journey tab.

Three sources to choose from

A pricing guide can come from one of three places:

  • Built-in: a pricing page CoreHue builds from your packages. You need at least one visible package for this option.
  • PDF: a file you upload, up to 25 MB (PDF only).
  • Link: your own pricing page somewhere else, added as a web address.

There's a Preview button so you can see your guide exactly as a client will.

Show it automatically or share it yourself

The Show in the booking flow toggle decides when clients see your guide:

  • On: inquirers see it right after they inquire.
  • Off: it stays private until you send it to them from the lead.

What the client sees

A PDF or Link guide opens as a branded page with a button to view your pricing.

A Built-in guide is a full page with your packages (including any "Most popular" pick), add-ons, your process, and FAQs. At the bottom is a short response form, "Tell us what you have in mind," where the client chooses "I like a collection" or "I'd like something custom" and sends it back to you. After they respond, they see "Response received."

Track and follow up

You can see exactly where each guide stands: when it was sent, opened, and responded to. Share or re-share one from a lead using Share pricing guide, which opens an email with the client already filled in and a link you can copy.

When a client responds, you can turn their response into a proposal, carrying their chosen package straight through. See Leads and Proposals.
