Packages & add-ons
Packages and add-ons let you offer clear choices instead of a single price. Packages are your main pricing tiers, and add-ons are the optional extras on top. You set both up on a service's Client journey tab.
Packages
A package is a named pricing tier, like Basic, Standard, and Premium. Each one has:
- A name and price.
- A "What's included" list so clients see exactly what they get.
- An optional "Most popular" highlight to point clients toward the package you want them to pick.
You can add up to 12 packages to a service, and each can be shown or hidden from clients.
Add-ons
An add-on is an optional extra a client can add to their booking, like an extra hour, a second outfit, or prints. Each add-on has a name, a price, and an optional description.
You can add up to 30 add-ons to a service, and each can be shown or hidden.
Where clients see them
Packages and add-ons show up in a few places:
- In the booking flow, as the client books.
- On your pricing guides, so inquiry clients can browse your options.
- In proposals you send to a client.
Because the same packages and add-ons feed all three, you set your pricing once and it stays consistent everywhere clients see it.
