Google Calendar
Connect Google Calendar and CoreHue keeps your bookings and your calendar in step. Sync bookings to your calendar, add Google Meet links to virtual sessions, and keep clients from booking when you're already busy.
Find this under Bookings → Settings → Integrations.
What connecting does
- Sync bookings to your calendar. Confirmed bookings show up as events in Google Calendar. Edit a booking and the event updates; cancel it and the event is removed.
- Add Google Meet links. When a virtual booking uses Google Meet, CoreHue adds the Meet link to the event.
- Avoid double bookings. Turn this on, and times when your calendar is busy are hidden from your booking page. Turn it off, and bookings still sync, but busy events won't block your availability.
Connect it
- Open the Google Calendar card under Bookings → Settings → Integrations.
- Sign in with Google.
- Pick which calendar CoreHue should use. Your main one is labelled Primary.
Once you're connected, switch on Avoid double bookings if you want busy times kept off your booking page.
Sync manually
Bookings sync on their own, but you can pull in your latest Google events anytime with the Sync calendar button.
Connection states
The card always shows where things stand:
| State | What it means |
|---|---|
| Not connected | You haven't linked Google Calendar yet. |
| Setup needed | Connected, but you still need to pick a calendar. |
| Reconnect | Access has expired, sign in again to restore syncing. |
| Connected | All set and syncing. |
Disconnect
You can disconnect anytime from the card. Bookings will stop syncing, but events already on your calendar stay put.
