Calendar
The calendar shows what's actually booked, one month at a time. It's the view to open when someone asks whether you're free.
Getting around
The month name at the top opens a year and month picker. The arrows beside it step a month at a time, and Today brings you back. On a phone you can swipe left and right.
What appears
Confirmed bookings, with the client's name. Completed ones stay on the calendar too, since they did happen.
Your Google Calendar events, if you've connected it, so you can see your whole day rather than just your CoreHue work.
Your availability, as a background: days you don't work and dates you've marked unavailable read differently from days you're open.
Click a day to open its agenda. It lists Bookings and Google Calendar events for that date, or tells you Nothing scheduled, "This day has no bookings or calendar events." From there you can open the full booking, or start a new one already set to that date.
What doesn't appear
Inquiries. An inquiry isn't a booking and doesn't hold time. They live in Inquiries.
Pending bookings. A booking only reaches the calendar once it's confirmed. Anything still waiting on payment or on you is in your booking list, not here. See Why a booking is pending.
Cancelled and expired bookings. Gone from the calendar, still in your booking list.
Switching schedules
If any of your services runs on its own schedule, a selector appears in the top right. It opens on Shared availability. Each of those services has its own entry, marked (Inactive) when the service isn't published. That way you can look at that service's day on its own terms.
The calendar and your availability
Two different things, easily confused.
The calendar is what's booked. Availability is when you're bookable. Adding something to the calendar isn't how you block time out.
To make yourself unavailable for a day, add it under Availability for specific dates in Availability, or connect Google Calendar and put it there.
The week ahead
For a quicker look, your Home screen shows this week's bookings day by day, along with anything needing attention. See Your Home screen.
