Booking Settings
Find everything at Bookings > Settings. The settings page is organized into several tabs, each covering a different part of your booking setup.
Booking page tab
This tab controls what clients see when they visit your public booking page at yourname.corehue.co/book.
Headline and description
- Headline. The main text at the top of your booking page. Make it welcoming and clear, something like "Book a session with me" or "Let's create something beautiful together."
- Description. A short paragraph underneath the headline. Use it to introduce yourself, describe your style, or let clients know what to expect.
Cover image
Upload a hero image that appears at the top of your booking page. This sets the visual tone before clients even scroll down to your services.
Referral sources
Customize the "How did you find me?" dropdown that appears on your booking forms.
- Add sources. Type in any referral option you want, like "Instagram," "Friend or family," "Google search," or "Wedding planner."
- Remove sources. Delete any that do not apply to you.
- Reset. Return to the default list if you want to start over.
These options show up on inquiry forms and self-service booking forms, helping you understand where your clients are coming from.
Auto-reply message
Write a custom message that goes out automatically when someone submits an inquiry. You can edit the text to match your voice and style. Turn auto-reply on or off depending on whether you want this automatic response.
Booking link
Your booking link is the URL you share with the world. This section gives you quick ways to get it in front of people.
- Copy. Copy the link to your clipboard with one click.
- Share with social buttons. Share your booking page directly to:
- X (Twitter) with a pre-filled post.
- Facebook as a shared link.
- Pinterest as a pin.
- WhatsApp as a message.
- Email as a pre-written email with your link.
This makes it easy to promote your booking page wherever your clients hang out.
Availability tab
This tab controls when clients can book you. It is the same availability system described in the Availability and Calendar guide, but here is a quick overview of what you will find.
Weekly schedule
For each day of the week, toggle it on or off and set one or more time windows. For example, Monday could be 9:00 AM to 12:00 PM and 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM.
Date overrides
Block specific dates entirely or set custom hours for a particular day. Overrides always win over the weekly schedule.
Buffer, advance notice, max window, and timezone
- Buffer time. Minimum gap between sessions (default: 30 minutes).
- Advance notice. How much lead time you need before a booking (default: 24 hours).
- Max booking window. How far into the future clients can book (default: 365 days).
- Timezone. Make sure this is correct. All times on your booking page are based on this setting. Clients in other timezones see times converted to their local time automatically.
Integrations tab
Connect external services to enhance your booking experience.
Google Calendar
- Connect. Sign in with your Google account and choose which calendar to use.
- Calendar selection. If you have multiple calendars, pick the one CoreHue should sync with. Busy events on this calendar block your booking availability.
- Disconnect. Remove the connection if you need to switch accounts or stop syncing.
For full details, see Availability and Calendar.
Zoom
- Connect. Sign in with your Zoom account. Once connected, CoreHue can automatically create Zoom meetings for your virtual booking services.
- Disconnect. Remove the connection at any time.
Contract signature tab
This tab controls how contract signatures work across your bookings.
- Signer name. The name that appears as the signer on contracts.
- Signature method. Choose how clients provide their signature:
- Type. The client types their name, and it renders in a signature-style font.
- Draw. The client draws their signature using a mouse, trackpad, or finger on a touchscreen.
- Upload. The client uploads an image of their signature.
- Signature capture. Preview how the signature will look during the booking flow.
These settings apply globally to all contracts sent through your bookings. Individual contract templates control the content and terms.
