Your booking page

Your booking page is the public page listing everything you've published. It's what you send someone who asks how to book you.

yourname.corehue.co/services

Set it up under Bookings → Settings → Booking Page.

Turning it on

Public booking page is off by default, "Your public page where clients book sessions and send inquiries." Nothing is public until you switch it on. You can build everything at your own pace without a half-finished page being visible.

Two things have to be true for it to work:

  1. The page is turned on
  2. At least one service is published

With the page off, the link simply doesn't work, and the settings page warns you: "Turn the page on for this link to work."

With the page on but nothing published, a visitor sees No services available right now and a line saying you aren't currently accepting bookings.

What you can set

Headline. The first thing on the page. Your business name works, but something saying what you do works better, like "Portraits, weddings, and brand sessions".

Welcome message. A short paragraph under the headline. Use it for what someone needs to know before choosing: your general area, your usual turnaround, whether you travel. Leave it blank and a default line is used.

Both save together. A save bar appears at the bottom as soon as you type, with Save and a way to discard. The switch above and your referral sources save on their own the moment you change them.

Booking page link shows the address with a copy button beside it. Share opens a dialog with the link and buttons for X, Facebook, Pinterest, WhatsApp and email.

Put it where people already look for you: your Instagram bio, your email signature, your website's contact page. The most common mistake is building a good booking page and then never putting the link anywhere.

Individual services also have their own links, so you can send someone straight to the thing you discussed rather than the full list. Each service's link is set by its Service URL field.

Referral sources

Referral sources fills the "How did you hear about us?" menu on your booking forms.

It starts with Instagram, Google, Facebook, Friend / Referral, Website and Other. Type into the Add source box and press Add. Remove one with the × on its chip. Reset to defaults puts the original list back once you've changed it. You can have up to 20.

Fill it with your actual channels and keep the list short. Twenty options nobody reads is worse than five.

Whether the question appears at all is set per service, under step 1 of the booking flow.

What a visitor sees

A card per published service, with its cover image, name, duration, price and the first lines of its description. Read more opens the full text.

Duration doesn't show on inquiry services, since there's nothing fixed to state. Price doesn't show when the service is set to hide it. A mini session with nothing left is marked Sold out and can't be opened.

Once you have four or more published services spanning more than one mode, a row of filter chips appears above them: All, then one per mode you use, Inquiry, Direct booking and Mini sessions.

Clicking a service takes them straight into booking it. There's no separate page in between.

Using your own domain

You can serve all of this from your own domain, so clients see photos.yourstudio.com/services. See Your links and domain.

Checking it

Open the link in a private or incognito window before you share it. That shows you what a client sees, signed out, with no shortcuts. It's ten seconds and it catches nearly everything.

What booking is like for them

Booking a session is written for your client, including the 30-minute hold and how paying works.
